Familya Care Services promotes the practice of educating oneself and others about mental well-being. Is also one with the mental health community to promote understanding of mental health conditions, encourage open conversations and ensure individuals know that they have access to support and treatment.

This year, the Theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is "ACTION".

Together as a community, we can contribute to someone's mental well-being by being aware, pro-active, and kind to all, because we'll never know what someone is going through in life if they don't talk.

According to the NHS, stress is the body's reaction to feeling threatened, under pressure, or overwhelmed, often occurring when demands exceed our ability to cope.

Family Care Services joins this NHS campaign of National Stress Awareness Month to remind our team to relax, find time to calm the mind and heart. Remember: always show kindness to yourself.
