An incredible response from one of our ELITE team members at ESC Kingsdown.

Last week, one of our customers suffered a sudden medical emergency and collapsed in the Gym.

Lindsay, a member of the ELITE team, responded immediately, administering CPR and using the centre’s defibrillator until the emergency services arrived.

We’re incredibly proud of the calm, professional and decisive way Lindsay responded in what was an extremely serious situation.

It’s moments like this that demonstrate just how important first aid training, regular staff training and access to lifesaving equipment really are.

Please join us in recognising Lindsay for her actions. 👏

Well done, Lindsay — you are a credit to the ELITE team.
