Two years of Jason at OLS! 👏

Last Saturday marked two years since Jason joined us as Operations Director.

During that time, he has made a hugely positive impact across the business, bringing greater structure, strengthening our processes, and helping our teams work more effectively together.

His practical approach, high standards and commitment to continually improving our operations have made him an invaluable part of Team OLS.

As an avid runner, there is just one area where his influence hasn’t quite worked yet: persuading the rest of us to join him! 🏃

Jo joined OLS just three months ago and has already become a fantastic addition to the team, bringing plenty of experience, positivity and, as you'll soon find out... a great story!

1. What's your name, job title and how long have you worked at OLS?

2. How did you get started at OLS?

I applied for the position via an advert on Indeed, and started very quickly afterwards!

3. What's your favourite thing about working at OLS?

The people! The fact that you walk in every morning and there is an energy around the office.

4. Tea, coffee or other?

Both.

5. Favourite food?

Love a good Chinese.

6. Tell us something people might not know about you (keep it clean!)

I got married mid-pub crawl. We gave people one hour's notice that it was happening.
