Meet 𝐆𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫, our Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Manager, who has been with the business for just over a year and is already making a strong impact.⁣

Drawn to the company by the team’s enthusiasm, drive and clear vision for the future, Gillian quickly became an integral part of the business. Her role spans safety, health, environment and quality, making every day fast paced, varied and interesting, with a strong focus on supporting people and maintaining high standards across the board.⁣

What started as a £3,000 fundraising target turned into an incredible £6,000 raised for a cause that provides vital support for people and families affected by cancer.⁣

Elise joined the company motivated by the opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing organisation during an exciting stage of its merger. You’ll ensure all goods and orders are correctly recorded and processed within EPICOR, manage proof of delivery documentation, and help resolve any order discrepancies. You will also support technical order preparation, assist with data entry and scheduling, and work closely with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The route will stretch from Bamburgh Castle to Dunstanburgh Castle, a challenging but rewarding journey in support of a truly meaningful cause.⁣

Frankie joined JTC with a clear goal: to hold a steady job while developing important life skills in a professional working environment. Since then, Frankie has become a dependable and motivated part of the operation, taking on a hands-on role that requires accuracy, responsibility, and a strong focus on safety.⁣
