Globe-Wernicke Ltd Bookcase repaired and refinished

Well I forgot the before photo but you can probably spot the bit that was missing and I replaced 😜 The curve isn't perfect but to be fair none of the original chair is symmetrical so now it's toned I'm pretty pleased with the result. My steam bending is only beginning 😊

Today is world book day so I thought I'd share this gem! This is THE book on chair seating that every seat weaver needs on their shelf and I was taught Cankng and rushing by Olivia Elton Barratt.

Saturdays class went down a storm, great group.
