Another LVT Herringbone floor, this time 'back layed' to join the existing throughout the property.
Ply lined to match the sub floor levels and s seamless finish 👌

A nice little Saturday morning job for me and a very happy customer 👍🏻

These were the parts of this project I was involved with. The groundwork and drainage connection, followed by the furtst fix timbers and finally. 2nd fix plumbing, sanitary ware and tiling 👍🏻

Another little transformation for one of our regular customers.
A quick five day turn around from a grubby rental to a market value resale.

Not a bad turn turn around with this one? I had the call last Wednesday as an emergency all out ro a water leak.
We had the debris cleared and the dehumidifiers in the next day.
The following Monday and Tuesday we had the ceiling down and plastered. And on the Friday it was made good and painted 👌
