Bedroom Feature Wall Refresh.
​This project involved a complete surface overhaul to transform into a sleek, modern space. By following a thorough preparation process, I ensured a high-end, durable finish for the new feature wallpaper.
​The Process
​Stripping & Removal: Carefully stripped the existing feather-patterned wallpaper, ensuring no damage to the underlying plaster.
​Surface Preparation: Sanded the entire wall to remove adhesive residue and imperfections, creating a perfectly smooth substrate.
​Sizing the Wall: Applied a sizing coat to seal the plaster, which prevents the paste from soaking in too quickly and allows for better maneuverability when hanging the new paper.
​Installation: Carefully hung the new feature wallpaper, paying close attention to pattern alignment and seam precision.
