Be creative on one of our footstool courses! We are running a flat top footstool course on 3 Tuesday evenings, starting on 22 September, and a deep-buttoned footstool course on the weekend of 10/11 October.
Cost is £310 for the evening course and £380 for the weekend course- this includes all materials apart from your fabric.
Classes are small and fill up quickly, so message me for further information and for booking your spot!
Your tutors are Robin from and myself, so there will be plenty of guidance.

A bespoke deep buttoned footstool for a customer, made to the required size and with a fabric to match their sofas. A joy to make a unique item! The frame was made by Ray from Gold Square Designs, and then upholstered by myself.

Working on this amazing vintage Gplan chair 😍. The green wool is stunning. Reupholstering this chair is a good workout , as the chair is so big and wobbly 😅. Can’t wait to see it finished and hand it back to my customer..

We are now also running a flat top footstool course! Simple but elegant 😍.
Over three consecutive Tuesday evenings, you will build up a wooden frame with upholstery materials and finish with your top fabric. You will learn some upholstery skills, have some fun, and bring home your own self-made footstool! Small groups and lots of guidance!
Next course will run on 22 Sept,
29 Sept and 2 Oct. Cost is £310, excluding 2 meters of your chosen fabric.

We have another deep buttoned footstool course coming up! This is an intensive weekend course, which will end with bringing home a beautiful footstool made by yourself. You learn some upholster skills along the way and it will also be fun!
Cost is £380 including frame, legs and materials. All you need to provide is your favourite fabric.

Which footstool would you prefer to make and admire in your home? The deep buttoned footstool or the flat top footstool? They are both elegant and will look stunning with your choice of fabric. Making a footstool yourself is very rewarding and a fun process - you will also learn a few upholstery skills along the way!
