Welcome trick or treaters with a GIANT pumpkin!!

We used the pumpkin stencil from the Thorndown Peelable Glass Paint Halloween Stencil Craft Pack as a guide then painted freehand onto the window using 150ml of Ogre Orange and 40ml Goblin Green for the stalk.

Although it looked really cute with one coat, to increase the opacity we used another 150ml tin of Ogre Orange Peelable Glass Paint applying once the first coat was fully dry and bonded to the glass, using a paint brush before switching to a paint roller with a foam sleeve to give a smoother less messy finish.

A fun and welcoming scene was created with the minimum of talent and time 🎨 🎃

Any body else love Halloween? You don’t have to be an artist to have fun with painting and create some great window art!

We have minimal talent but with some paint, brushes, and a bit of silliness you can create some great window art and what better time of year to get a little silly with paint than Halloween.

We took turns standing outside the French door and painting the body frame & outline, then filled in the details after. It didn’t really need it but I had so much paint leftover that I painted on a second coat of Swan White to the bones.

It was so quick and easy to and provides the perfect scene for a Halloween party! 👻

Paint used: 150ml Thorndown Peelable Glass Paint in Swan White & 40ml Bat Black
Stencil: Bat from the Halloween Stencil Craft Pack

Turn old junk into pretty Halloween decorations with a bit of paint and some stencils.
We’re getting ready for some Halloween fun with lots of decorations like these candle holders made from old bottles and a glass jar painted using the Halloween Stencil Craft Pack.

It takes very little time, no talent and not much money to make decorations like these. Wash out old bottles and jars and use some paint and a stencil from the craft pack to decorate. The Peelable Glass Paint goes a long way and the stencils are made from a reusable durable plastic so you can use them time and time again, year after year.

We've had a lot of fun over the years creating decorations for Halloween and painting window displays for an extra spooky celebration.

Using old bottles, jars and plastic buckets I've made an ever-growing collection of Halloween decor for very little money using the Peelable Glass Paint Halloweeen Stencil Craft Pack.

Last year I painted a large Halloween scene on the kitchen windows creating the perfect atmosphere for a Halloween party and an alluring welcome to Trick or Treaters outside.

The Haunted House and rolling hills were painted using an extra 150ml tin of Bat Black Peelable Glass Paint and the other decorations with the Halloween Peelable Glass Paint Craft Pack stencils and paint, mixed in with a few simple freehand designs including the spider's web for the stencil spiders to descend from.

Time to get into the Halloween spirit and get a little crafty.

From dark and cold to bright and effervescent, Louise transformed her lounge into a gorgeous space to rest and relax in.

Presenter, journalist and sustainability queen has been renovating her home with Thorndown paints, using Egret White Wall Paint to create a calm and refreshing canvas throughout her home.

A couple of coats of Egret White flat matt wall paint were painted on top of a dark and strong blue making the most of the light coming in through the windows. The metal radiator was also painted in Egret White to blend into the wall. Thorndown’s Wall Paint adheres directly to multiple surfaces from walls and ceilings to woodwork, metal and architectural features such as coving and ceiling roses, so there’s no need for a primer.

Once bespoke shelving is made to fit the alcoves the room will be complete and a haven for many years to come!

As pure and beautiful as a goddess, this soft yet strong shade of green brings the essence of nature into your home and garden.

Glastonbury is a spiritual home for many so having a paint company, naming a paint Goddess Green seemed fitting and is a nod to an incredibly talented local artist who is also a powerful and inspirational force in the community

In the flat matt finish of wall paint the earthy mineral tones and reflective qualities create the perfect green shade for walls throughout the home.

The natural green shade of Goddess Green works wonderfully in the garden painted on timber buildings, fencing and planters or interior wood furniture.

Since coming on to our colour chart Goddess Green has been a very popular paint colour choice. If you want to explore the Best Selling Colours reports and charts for inspiration and trends then click on the link in our bio to our website.

Is your Peelable Glass Paint coating thin, dried out and not peeling? One of the easiest ways to remove it is to overcoat with leftover Peelable Glass Paint, leave to dry and bond for 2-3 days then peel both coats off 😀

You can always DM us or email at [email protected] with any questions.

Peelable Glass Paint not peeling? Watch our reel of removal tips for dried out, thin, patchy, flaky coatings

1. Rehydrate with water or peel when the coating is already wet with rain or morning dew. If the coating is still drying out after wetting with water you can leave a wet cloth or sponge on to keep the paint coating damp and ‘springy’ so it peels off
2. Apply an alkaline solution like household kitchen bleach spray to weaken the resin bond to the coating. As above if the paint coating is still drying out with external temperatures then leave a wet cloth or sponge on to keep the paint coating damp
3. Overpaint with leftover Peelable Glass Paint, leave to dry for 2-3 days and bond to the coating below, then peel off and it will remove both coatings at the same time. This can be the easiest option especially if you’re removing an internal paint coating where water or bleach aren’t practical options

We’ll be splitting down the removal tips into individual reels and posting over the forthcoming weeks.
