It’s been a busy start to the week with mainly just featheredge board fencing, over 28m and of it installed with a small gate and panel installed as well.

We’ve continued the featheredge board theme this afternoon by starting a new job which is another 50m of 6ft featheredge board. We’ve took out the old and got some of the posts installed.

Over the last 2 days we’ve being working on these two jobs.

A 4m x 3m composite deck and then on to replace 5x 6ft standard overlap panels and posts.

The new deck area is a great addition to the garden with the sun going down in that area.

Back after the bank holiday weekend and we’ve been over in Wetherby installing 42m of 6ft high harmony double sided slatted fence panels and posts.

This customer wanted a contemporary feel to her garden, results are spot on 👌👌

Today we finished off what we started yesterday, approximately 16m of 2x1 6ft high slatted fencing.

Not much to look at for a day and half’s work but there’s a lot of labour that goes in to making this style of fencing.

We’ve also installed 2 double slatted gates to match the fencing.

Today has been one of those testing days in running a business. Everything that could probably go wrong or needing changing, happened 🤦‍♂️🫣

However we got through it and got a good head start on tomorrow as well. 👌

Big thanks to Dickson Timber and their lads for sorting things at short notice and getting gates made that we needed.

Yesterday we broke the rest of the weeks theme by not installing any concrete posts or gravel boards.

Instead it was more like a gate day.

First job (sorry no photos) , we cut out a section of hedge to install 2x gate posts and 6ft tongue and groove gate. The customer needed this doing as he has just had some electric drive way gates installed. The only problem is, that was the only way in and out and he had a power cut recently and couldn’t get out so he wanted a side gate fitted for emergency use.

The second job, we went back to a job from earlier this week where we had installed the gate posts to install a pair of fully framed tongue and groove gates.

Our last job saw us return to a customer where we’ve done lots of work before for them. Yesterday we took the old fence down which had no gate and installed a 6ft high featheredge board fence (to match what we did previously) but this time we have put a gate in it for access from front garden to back garden.

Today has seen us install two more pairs of Yorkshire Timber Gates bow top gates to finish off this project we’ve been working on.

We’ve also installed another two gate posts for another pair of Yorkshire Timber Gates bow top gates to be made for us.

We then carried on Tuesday and Wednesdays theme of installing some more concrete posts and gravel boards and 5ft std overlap fence panels.

To finish the day off we installed another fully framed tongue and groove pedestrian gate.
