We were joined yesterday at HR4K Hereford by and Jon O’Neill, Command Sgt Major for the Field Army for a chat and some filming around the importance of social spaces like HR4K for serving personnel, veterans and their dependants.

We hate that we have to use the W word so soon however the change of seasons means it's right around the corner. With summer disappearing over the horizon and British weather preparing to do what it does best, we’re moving onto our winter opening hours.
