Many of the problems here were caused by the wrong materials being used during the last refurbishment.
These walls shouldn't need any work for many years to come now.

A nice little job completed in Holyhead this week.
Contaminated damp plaster removed, the base of the wall injected with DPC cream, replastered and the skirting board replaced.

A liquid membrane applied to a bungalow in Pentraeth which is under renovation by a local builder.
As well as creating a barrier against damp the membrane also act's as a radon barrier.
A quick reasonably priced job.
