Unveiling what’s been keeping our team busy this week… restoring this absolute show stopper of a Welsh Dresser.

Hand-painted in Frenchic Paint ❤️ ‘Swanky Pants’, with the natural wood finished in Osmo UK TopOil Acacia, this beautiful piece has been given a whole new lease of life while keeping all of its original character.

We have a little update on our latest chapter. After almost 10 years at the Eastgate Centre in Inverness, we are excited to share that in the coming weeks, Unique Ness will move our beautiful collection of pre-loved, upcycled and repurposed furniture to Carsegate Road, Inverness, to set up shop at the New Start Highland Training & Reuse Village. A space where we have always had some of our Unique Ness range, but now it will hold so much more!

Eastgate has been a huge part of our journey, and we can’t thank all of our wonderful customers enough for supporting us there over the years. Whether you’ve bought a piece, commissioned something, donated furniture, liked our posts or simply popped in for a browse, you’ve helped make Unique Ness what it is today.

So don’t forget you can still shop Unique Ness online, as well as at Carsegate Road, Inverness, and at our concession in our New Start Highland retail unit in Nairn.

There’s something pretty special about taking a tired old piece of furniture and giving it the care, love and attention it deserves.
