Due to rapid expansion and increased orders, we are currently recruiting for Chair Frame Assemblers and wood machinists.

Chair frame assembler.
We are looking for candidates who have experience in assembling chair and sofa for the healthcare industry from wooden component parts (This is not flatpack furniture).

Wood machinists.
Must have experience in using bandsaws cutting wooden components from pre-made templates and an eye for accuracy.
Use of other wood working machines would come as an advantage (Belt Sanders, wide belt sander, Ripsaw, Table saw, Crosscut and boring machines)

Full Time Position of 40+hrs a week Monday to Thursday 5.00am to 3.00pm
£12.00 to £14.00 ph. But can be negotiable Depending on experience

We are looking for a Trainee Wood Machinist!!
Ideally we are looking for a young individual to train in the sanding and polishing department, making wooden components for chair frames.

The ideal candidate will be required to use flat bed linisher,wide belt sanders,thicknesser and the table saw.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established small family run business.

Rate of pay would be minimum wage to start but would increase over time .
