Do your ercol webs feel hard and saggy? The rubber dries out over time and goes brittle. I replace the webs using Pirelli webbing and in the ercol style using the dowel technique. (I cry a little when I see webs stapled onto the frame 😢)

Had a visit today from the friendly neighbourhood cat. And when I say friendly I mean really friendly. He nearly got his whiskers snipped while I was trying to cut a side panel! He had a snooze for an hour or so and then it was home time!

This was the Perfect chair to get me back into January workshop mode.

After a difficult October, November and December with Dad in the hospital and then unfortunately passing away at the hospice, I was looking forward to getting back to the workshop but also a bit hesitant. ❤️
