A clean, modern finish with the feature wall tiles, terrazzo-style flooring and neat detailing throughout. Really pleased with how this one turned out.

Basement showers and changing areas now complete 👍🏻

A lot of detail has gone into this project, from the tiled feature walls and shower areas to the floor tiling throughout.

The mix of colours, textures and lighting really brings the space together and gives it a proper high-end finish.

Big credit to the lads for the attention to detail on this one, not always the easiest areas to work with, but the end result speaks for itself.

HTI, Preston

Founded in 1952, HTI is one of the UK’s largest independently owned designers and manufacturers of children’s toys.

We’re pleased to have started on site at their Preston premises, carrying out wall and floor tiling works across 3 floors.

Our works include WC tiling, staircase areas and reception floor tiling, with over 300m² of tiling to be supplied and fitted.

Airport work always comes with extra challenges such as security, access, deliveries, tight timeframes and working around live areas.

Alongside the logistics, this was a hugely challenging and intricate job that needed careful setting out and a high-quality finish throughout.

New Project Award – 5 New York Street, Manchester 🇬🇧

We’re proud to announce that C. Vaughan Tiling Contractors have been awarded another great city-centre project at 5 New York Street, Manchester.

Originally built in the early 20th century, 5 New York Street has long been part of Manchester’s commercial heritage — sitting right on the edge of Piccadilly Gardens and surrounded by some of the city’s most historic architecture. It’s a building that has evolved over the decades, and we’re pleased to be part of its latest chapter.

Our package includes:

🔹 High-quality finishes throughout
🔹 Work delivered to modern commercial standards while respecting the character of the building

Work is now well underway at the new M&S Food Hall in Hatfield, Oldings Corner — and progress is looking great already.

Great progress at Bolton’s Toughsheet Stadium for EG Group 👷‍♂️⚽

Our tiling works are really taking shape as we move towards the final phase of the project.

✔️ Level 2 WCs – Complete
✔️ Ground Floor WCs – Complete

We’re now pushing ahead with the large reception area floor and the Level 1 WCs, which are the final areas left to complete before we wrap up.

The work is looking fantastic, and credit goes to our team on site for keeping standards high and momentum strong 👏

Works now complete at Circle Square 3 in Manchester. ✔️

We supplied and installed 385m² of wall and floor tiling across WCs, showers, changing rooms and hairdryer stations in this high-end office space.

Tiles supplied by CTC, using a mix of 1200×600mm and 240×60mm formats.

The finished result looks 🔥 — a premium finish throughout.

We’re proud to share that C. Vaughan Tiling Contractors Ltd has been awarded another Single Living Accommodation (SLA) project, destined for an RAF base as part of a modular build programme.

Our scope includes the supply and installation of waterproof tanking & tiling to 56 en-suite bathrooms, delivered off-site before transportation and final installation on base.

A big thank you to everyone involved in securing and supporting this work. We’re looking forward to getting started and delivering to the high standards expected on projects of this nature.
