We’re delighted to recognise Aiden as our Apprentice of the Quarter for his exceptional attitude in the workshop.

Aiden brings a consistently positive, can‑do attitude to every task he takes on. He approaches each job with professionalism and has a genuine willingness to learn. His confidence has grown tremendously, and he isn’t afraid to get stuck into challenging tasks - no matter how big or complex.

Aiden has already gained valuable hands-on experience across a wide range of maintenance and repair work. He has successfully carried out detailed engine repairs, demonstrating strong technical understanding and attention to detail. His commitment to doing the job right first time makes him someone the team can rely on.

Aiden very recently passed his EPA and is now a qualified HGV Technician - he has a great future ahead of him.

Congratulations, Aiden — a well‑deserved Apprentice of the Quarter.

This challenge was much more than pushing physical limits or crossing a finish line. It’s about bringing mental health out of the shadows, creating an environment for open conversation, and breaking down the stigma that keeps so many people suffering in silence when they need support the most 💙
