💕POLITE NOTICE💕

I am now signing off AGAIN (sorry milking the bridal era) haha. For my legal Leeds wedding 👰 Saturday and then my well needed honeymoon 🏝️ with my new husband 💍 😍 from 12-17th. I will be back and answering all messages on Monday 19th! Thanks for all your cards gifts and kind wishes for our wedding! It is so appreciated! See you all when I’m officially MRS HALLIDAY!

A Little Cancellation Reminder 💕

I completely understand that sometimes things happen and appointments need to be cancelled or rearranged. However, I kindly ask that at least 48 hours’ notice is given wherever possible.

I’m especially asking for your understanding at the moment as this is the week before I fly away for my wedding. 🤍 I have a very limited number of working days available before I go, so when appointments are cancelled at short notice, it’s incredibly difficult for me to fill those spaces again.

As a small business, last-minute cancellations have a big impact. Your appointment time has been reserved especially for you, and with less than 48 hours’ notice, I’m often unable to offer that slot to another client.

My cancellation policy from today is:

🤎 48+ hours’ notice — no charge
🤎 Within 48 hours — 50% of the appointment cost will be charged
🤎 Same-day cancellation or no-show — 100% of the appointment cost will be charged

I completely appreciate that genuine emergencies can happen, and these will always be considered on an individual basis.

I hope you can understand that I’m not trying to be difficult — I simply need to protect my time and my small business, especially during this particularly busy and important week for me.
