Bench desks are great for collaboration, flexibility, and maximising office space, while individual desks can offer more privacy and focused working environments.

There’s no single “best” option - the right choice depends on:

- Team size
- Office layout
- Working style
- Future growth plans
- How collaborative your space needs to be

Many modern offices now combine both to create a more balanced and productive environment.
