First delivery completed! 🚲🔧

25 miles covered on the cargo bike today!

A few rawlplugs, drill bits and screws urgently needed on one of our CPA projects in Manchester.

Rather than sitting in traffic trying to get across the city centre, we put the cargo bike to the test!

Delivery done, first video filmed and back to work. Not bad for the first outing! 😂

🚲😂 IT’S OFFICIAL – WE’VE GOT THE BIKE!

Well, we’ve actually gone and done it!

After watching all the debate about tradespeople swapping their vans for cargo bikes, we decided to stop arguing about it and give it a go ourselves!

We’ve now got the bike, and our first challenge kicks off in Manchester this Thursday, 15 October.

Over four consecutive Thursdays, we’ll be visiting four UK cities, trying out real trade-related challenges and seeing just how practical these bikes can be.

We’re approaching it with an open mind, hoping to have a few laughs and, most importantly, raise £10,000 for Lighthouse Charity, which supports construction workers and their families. ❤️

🚲😂 WELL, THERE’S NO BACKING OUT NOW!

We’ve finally got our hands on the cargo bike!

Rather than argue about it, we're going to test the theory. 😂
4 cities. 4 Thursdays. Real trade deliveries.
We're starting in Manchester on Thursday 15 October, and YOU will help decide the next three cities.
We're doing it all to raise awareness and aim for £10,000 for Lighthouse Charity ❤️
We have our support van, our signwriter and Lighthouse onboard.
Now we need:
🚲 A cargo-bike partner
🎥 Filming and social-media support
🍻 Venues to host our Thursday finishes
🤝 Suppliers and businesses to get involved
📦 Tradespeople with real delivery challenges
