🌧️💨 WELL… HOW’S EVERYONE SURVIVING THE WEATHER BACK HOME?! 😂☔

Hope you’re all keeping safe, warm and cosy with this awful storm! 🤎

I must admit… I’m rather glad I’m missing this one! ☀️🍹😂

But even while I’m away, my mind is never far from The Boreland Barn & Brush! 🎨🤎

And dare I say it… 🎅🎄 CHRISTMAS IS COMING!! ✨

I’ve been thinking of all the lovely Christmas creations we can make when I’m back!

🎅 Festive plates and mugs
👣 Little handprint and footprint keepsakes
🎁 Personalised gifts for someone special
❄️ Decorations to bring out year after year

Now I need YOUR help! 👀

Are you a traditional red, green and gold person? ❤️💚

Or do you love a bit of sparkle, snowflakes and winter magic? ❄️✨

Or maybe you’ve got something completely different in mind!

🏖️☀️ PLAY WITH SAND DAY! 😂🏖️

Well, it’s a wee change from playing with clay at The Boreland Barn & Brush! 🎨🤣

Today’s workshop involves sand, buckets, spades and a few little helpers! 🪣🏖️

No kiln, no glazing, no washing brushes… just sunshine, family time and making memories! ❤️☀️

A wee bit of relaxing (well, as much as you can with grandchildren around! 😂🙈).

Recharging the batteries before heading back to the Barn, ready for all the Christmas creativity! 🎄🎨

Sand today… clay again soon! 🤎

See you all when we’re back on the 31st! 🥰

🤎🎨 WOW… WHAT A WEEK AT THE BARN!! 🐴🥰

What an absolutely AMAZING week we’ve had!! ❤️

We’ve had birthday celebrations 🎂, lots of fabulous pottery painters 🎨, little hands creating precious keepsakes 🖐️, foam clay fun, Play with Clay Day and, of course, our Pony Care Day with Daisy! 🐴🤎

The Barn has been buzzing with laughter, creativity, happy faces and a little bit of organised chaos! 😂🙈

Honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better week! 🥰

A MASSIVE THANK YOU to every single person who has visited, booked, supported us and helped make this week so special. It really does mean the world to me. ❤️

And now… it’s time for me to put down the paintbrushes, step away from the kiln and enjoy a wee holiday with the grandchildren! ☀️👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

🌸 THE BARN IS NOW CLOSED UNTIL 31ST OCTOBER! 🌸

Hopefully I’ll come back refreshed and relaxed… although going away with the grandchildren, I’m not promising anything! 😂❤️

We’ll be back ready for… dare I say it…

🎄🎅 CHRISTMAS!!! 🎅🎄

Yes, I said it!! 😂 Lots of festive painting, Christmas keepsakes and creative fun to look forward to!

Thank you all again for making The Boreland Barn & Brush such a special little place. 🤎

See you all soon!

🎃🎨 FROM HALLOWEEN TO CHRISTMAS! 🎄❤️

After a busy Halloween morning in the Barn, it’s time for a wee bit of relaxing! 🥰

🔥 Log fire roaring
📺 Strictly Come Dancing on
🎨 Paintbrush still in hand (because apparently I can’t just sit and do nothing! 😂)

Absolute heaven! ❤️

And tonight’s little creation… how cute is this wee Christmas tree made from clay?! 🎄😍

I absolutely love it! Something a little different, handmade and perfect to bring out year after year. ❤️

Now I’m thinking… 🤔

WHO FANCIES COMING TO THE BARN TO MAKE THEIR VERY OWN? 🎄🎨

Could this be another wee Christmas workshop? 👀

Let me know what you think! ❤️

🐴🤎 WELL… YOU’VE ASKED AND I’VE CRUMBLED! 😂

PONY CARE DAYS ARE HAPPENING!

📅 Saturday 17th October
Suitable for age 4+

Get those wellies on — because we’re getting properly stuck in! 👢🐴💩

There’s so much more to having ponies than just riding them, so this is a chance for the children to experience some real hands-on pony care.

🐴 Muck out
🪮 Groom Daisy
🧹 Learn about everyday pony care
🤎 Get hands-on and help with the jobs
🐴 Take Daisy for a little walk around the yard

Then it’s into the Barn to get creative! 🎨

Each child will paint their own pottery horseshoe using bright acrylic paints — which means NO waiting for the kiln! 🙌

✨ Take your horseshoe home the SAME DAY!

💰 £30 per child
🎨 Horseshoe included
🐴 Pony care activities included
❤️ NO studio fee
👧 ONLY 6 CHILDREN PER SESSION

Keeping the groups really small means everyone gets a chance to get involved and enjoy some proper hands-on time with Daisy.

Grown-ups: if you fancy getting creative too, you’re more than welcome to choose a piece of pottery to paint on the day. 🎨

Expect wellies, muck, pony hair, a bit of 💩 😂 and plenty of fun!

📩 Message the page to book — with only 6 spaces per session, places are VERY limited!
