Welcome to Villa Kattegatt — where architecture follows the terrain, inspired by mid-century design and the Case Study Houses, shaped by openness, nature and a clear family vision. 🌊🌳

📍 Location: On Sweden’s west coast, set on a partly sloping site where the home opens up towards its surroundings and creates a seamless connection between inside and out.

🏗️ Project: Villa Kattegatt is designed together with architect Henrik Schulz of Henrik Schulz Studio. Large glass sections, clean lines and a restrained, cohesive material palette define the expression. Continuous stone flooring and oak veneer walls create a calm, unified interior. Arranged over two levels, the house is designed for everyday living and long-term flexibility — with the lift integrated early as a natural extension of that thinking.

🚀 SWIFT Home Lifts: The SWIFT Pro connects the home’s two levels and was seamlessly integrated into the architecture from the start — discreetly positioned and detailed to blend into its surroundings. Finished in a customised bronze-brown tone (Brown SHMB) that runs consistently through the home’s windows, doors and interior elements, with an Opal White ArtWall and ege Econyl Linen Grey carpet echoing the overall material palette. More than a practical solution, it makes movement between floors effortless and adds a quiet “wow” effect for guests.

✨ Villa Kattegatt is a home defined by clear lines, honest materials and a strong connection to its surroundings.
