B&B Italia Group collaborates with Orient Express to furnish the interiors of the Orient Express Corinthian, the largest sailing yacht in the world.

Under the artistic direction of architect Maxime D’Angeac, the project highlights the Group's capability to manage complex and articulate contract commissions, seamlessly integrating industrial serial production with technical custom manufacturing.

Within a ten-month timeframe, the team engineered and produced 52 distinct custom product types, totaling over 500 bespoke pieces from B&B Italia and Maxalto, complemented by a curated selection of more than 130 archive and catalog designs.

Recognized among the winners of Le French Design FD100 People’s Choice Award, the project reflects a rigorous design synergy where naval architecture meets the culture of industrial design.

Set in Chuncheon, South Korea, Muwa Jade is a residential project that brings together architecture, nature and design within a private villa development conceived as a retreat beyond the boundaries of everyday life.

Across 32 exclusive residences and public spaces, B&B Italia products were proposed and supplied as the main furniture composition, shaping interiors dedicated to privacy, comfort and contemporary living.

From the Tufty-Time sofa by Patricia Urquiola and Le Bambole armchairs by Mario Bellini to the Alex table, Jens chairs and J.J. armchair by Antonio Citterio, each piece contributes to a refined dialogue between architecture and interior design.

Conceived as a fully turnkey residential collection, the project transforms everyday living into an elevated experience of comfort, refinement, and effortless elegance. Within one of Manhattan's most iconic addresses, curated interiors bring together signature pieces by Antonio Citterio, Vincent Van Duysen, Monica Armani, Naoto Fukasawa, Patricia Urquiola, Edward Barber & Jay Osgerby, and Piero Lissoni.

After twenty-five years, B&B Italia returns to Salone del Mobile 2026 with a renewed vision, reaffirming its role as a leading voice in contemporary design.

This new chapter unfolds through a constellation of new products, collaborations, and reissues, where heritage is not simply preserved but continuously reinterpreted. Contributions by Ronan Bouroullec, Jasper Morrison, Antonio Citterio, Vincent Van Duysen, and Michael Anastassiades define a dialogue between generations, alongside the re-edition of Richard Sapper’s Nena and the limited-edition Catilina by Luigi Caccia Dominioni.

Designed by Formafantasma, the exhibition space moves away from traditional display logic, placing the design process at the centre. An architectural environment where each piece stands as an autonomous project, revealed through form, material, and construction.

A return that is not just symbolic, but a statement of intent: to look forward while remaining deeply rooted in a culture of experimentation and innovation.
