Been busy running around Bexley and thamesmead doing Handy man bits 💪🏾 lock spindle issues laid a floor sorted some silicone around the shower low level gutter clearing and installed some eaves guards, got a rad of a wall for a decorator, installed a trim instead of a threshold bar to keep a transition linear between a lounge and kitchen 😁👍🏾 HandyBik3r 24/7

A little rake out and reseal today and a clean up of the grout getting rid of surface mould and fitted a new bath panel then hung a rad to be connected in by the gas man as his doing the boiler and rad service and certification 😊

So it's been a while since posting anything but it's safe to say I've been busy..... Hope everyone had a great holiday with family and let us know if you need assistance at all thanks 😁 a few tap changes leaking sinks needing resealing a living room decoration and a toilet repair due to it moving and leaking. Caused the plinth to degrade so sorting a replacement out for that to busy busy busy 👍🏾

Today I attended an address in Abbeywood where a landlord said his tenants needed assistance with a draw issue and a replacement TRV whilst there also repaired a leaking sink waste pipe under the kitchen sink which had become detached from the waste HandyBik3r 24/7 👍🏾

So a few I've done changed a couple of wastes as the old ones were defective and pop up wasn't working anymore, changed a garden tap for a new updated fitting and stopped a leaking wall mounted shower head. HandyBik3r 24/7

So resolved a couple of blockages, fitted new smoke alarms, resolved an issue with a metal gate that was coming out of its mounting, sorted a carpet issue that was not gripping properly fitted a new spindle and patched a ceiling after a leak issue HandyBik3r24/7

Few jobs completed 😁 cooker hood change, two bathroom extracts fitted, door hinge repair, some pest control, sourcing a leak in a ceiling and preventative repairs in the bathroom with silicone around the bath area and some pieces of tile to sort gaps out until cladding has been delivered HandyBik3r 24/7 👌🏾👍🏾

Love a handyman day 4 mirrors hung, a blind, a guitar bracket, door handle added to a cupboard, also rectified a shelf issue as it was sagging also added two more spots for two more mirrors once there wired and hung HandyBik3r 24/7 💪🏾
