have been building a door. 70 mm thick. very heavy. I love my door.

This cabinet is part of a larger group of cabinets. It will get trim and drawers and doors. Throughout this piece, I have made removable dado shelf holders for the first time. I have never liked metal shelf fittings. All Baltic Birch, which is wonderful to work with, but very heavy. These pieces have four coats of waterbourne acrylic polyurethane with 220 sands between coats.

I will add another layer to this door in the coming days. It will be a heavy door - 70mm thick.
