My Dream Loft

Instead of opting for a storage area, our clients decided to go for a private bathroom. Meaning that this space could easily double up as a guest room if they had company, or were looking to sell the property on.

Due to the shortage of space (even with the conversion), placing a master ensuite upstairs simply wasn’t on the cards.

This projects features a hip-to-gable loft conversion. The perfect solution for roofs which are limited in space.

A loft conversion is the perfect way to add some much needed space to your home without having to move further afield as in this picture!

A common bathroom in the middle of two loft bedrooms that is accessible for both the occupants!

Here is a double bedroom with enough space to make it feel comfortable, and storage space for potential rental situations. This was achieved by creating two cupboards pushed back into the wall spacing as well as a stand alone unit featuring mirrored doors.

Ideal for business owners, freelancers who work from home or even students, this is the best of both worlds. A comfortable bedroom and a perfect home office.

This is one of the challenging projects that we handled. Our client was looking to add some serious space to their property, which mean that we needed to think outside of the box a little…After a few discussions around the drawing board, we decided to go for an L-shaped dormer loft conversion.

With the bedroom area, we wanted to keep the room as clean and clear as possible without making it feel soulless. In order to achieve this we went with s**g carpet, which always adds a richness to any room. Comfortable underfoot, it’s also a great way to retain some warmth in winter.

With a focus on making the most of available space, this Cockfosters loft conversion features one of our favourite ensuites.

Short on space, the stairwell was certainly going to be tricky, but our designer came up with a funky little solution that curved back around on itself. Finished with a little sunburst orange for added effect.

The hardest part of this project was creating the actual shell of the loft conversion. Ensuring that the room would be steady and stable enough to support the additional room on top, as well as to accommodate the new stairwell.
