Back to one of our favourite homes this week to measure up for the next project….always a good sign when clients come back for more.

Couldn’t resist grabbing a shot of this gorgeous sitting room while we were there - calm, considered and beautifully put together.

This stunning interior was designed by , with the cabinetry handmade by us. A proper team effort and still looking as good as the day we left it.

Introducing Andy Chapman —
We’re proud to introduce Andy Chapman, a hugely talented craftsman who joined Made By 68 earlier this year.

Andy brings over two decades of experience in fine furniture making and bespoke joinery. He began his career at just 16, apprenticing at Beckwith & Sons, where he honed his traditional skills — from antique restoration and marquetry to precise joinery and finishing. He later founded Chapman Bespoke Woodwork in Hertford, building a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship and beautifully made, one-of-a-kind pieces.

At Made By 68, Andy’s depth of knowledge and design-led approach have been invaluable. His skill and attention to detail allow us to take on larger, more complex projects while maintaining the quality and creativity we’re known for.

Whether he’s crafting bespoke cabinetry, refining a new design detail, or mentoring younger makers in the workshop, Andy’s commitment to his craft shines through every project.

Meet Our Founder — Rich Warmisham
You don’t often see Rich in front of the camera, but he’s very much the creative force behind everything we do at Made By 68.
Before turning his hand to design and making, Rich worked in Westminster as a political researcher — but his real passion lay in craft and design. That passion led him to retrain in fine furniture making at the renowned Robinson House Studio under master maker Marc Fish.
In 2014, he founded Made By 68 — a studio built on the belief that great design should be both beautiful and functional, and that craftsmanship still matters.
Today, Rich leads our team in creating bespoke furniture and interiors that combine clean, modern design with timeless craftsmanship. Every project is an opportunity to design something thoughtful, well-made, and built to last — a reflection of his genuine love for the craft.
