The Heart of Every Gathering. π₯
This magnificent island in our Dumpling Bar kitchen is far more than a workspace, itβs the social centrepiece of the home, designed for family dinners, late-night conversations, and unforgettable moments with friends.
Seamlessly blending uptown-downtown wine bar aesthetics, the island is wrapped in hammered brass panels and topped with a bullnose-edged Silestone work surface, creating a bold yet refined focal point within the space.

Stone Symphony - where sculptural simplicity meets timeless architecture.
Set within an elegant period apartment, this project balances soft Scandinavian minimalism with richly detailed classical surroundings. Natural oak cabinetry, warm brass accents, and beautifully veined stone create a palette that feels calm, tactile, and quietly luxurious.
From the monolithic stone island to the handcrafted joinery details, every element was designed to feel refined yet effortless.

After the Sola team visit to Milan last month, we are still thinking about it. πΏ
This year's Salone del Mobile was a beautiful reminder of where design is heading: texture, warmth, the quiet beauty of natural wood, surfaces you want to touch, spaces that feel as good as they look.
It also made us reflect on Gerakas, the range we launched last October with Miaki. When we were developing it the natural textures, the softly curved forms, the layering of Aegean warmth with Scandinavian craft. At the time we simply followed what felt right. What felt honest.
Seeing those same ideas celebrated across Milan last month was a lovely moment of reassurance. Not a statement, just a quiet nod that perhaps, like in the past with the overlasting Scandi design, we are on the right track.
If you haven't discovered Gerakas yet, now feels like a good time.
