Just as jewellery can transform an outfit, handles can completely elevate how a piece of furniture looks, even give dated wardrobes and kitchen cabinets a whole new lease of life and since opening doors is one of our most frequent daily functions, handles should never just be an afterthought but a carefully considered investment.
It was a real pleasure discussing form, function and array of really beautiful finishes with people who are so passionate about design details and what they do.

First project of the year now underway! Inspired by a selection of beautiful natural materials; reclaimed Oak Chevron parquet flooring, Walnut and ‘Heritage Green’ stained cabinets, Statuario marble and brushed brass hardware, developing the concept and joinery for this Kitchen & Dining space has been a joy. Very much looking forward to seeing the proposed plans come to life over the following weeks…

Lighting design is key to creating an inviting Entrance and "welcome home". Really enjoyed sourcing these beautiful overscaled 1920s inspired crystal chandeliers and wall lights which have really helped restore a sense of the original Art Deco glamour with a 2020s twist 🤩

Art Deco inspired materials sympathetic to this Residential Apartment Building's heritage influenced the client's timeless luxury design brief; to revive the Entrance, Lobby, Mail storage and communal areas. Walnut timber and bevel edged Mirror wall panelling, large format French Limestone flooring, Swarovski crystal lighting and polished brass finishes bring back a sense of the original 1920s West End sophistication 100+ years on.

Watching a vision evolve from concept through to completion is fulfilling, but it's always bitter sweet. Walking away from a project you've been fully invested creatively, mentally and physically for months on end can make leaving it all behind feel quite emotional. Transforming this beautiful Residential Apartment Building in London's West End back into an elegant and inviting "welcome home" for it's Residents is no exception. A real pleasure, thanks to my my dream team, , who have delivered another outstanding job.
