The Authenticity bed brings together two British houses, united by a shared commitment to craftsmanship, fit, form and comfort. Created in collaboration with Ozwald Boateng, it translates the language of bespoke Savile Row tailoring into the world of interiors.

When two makers come together at this level, no detail is spared and no extra hour of craftsmanship overlooked. Bespoke woven leather, inspired by traditional Kente cloth, reflects a signature element of Ozwald’s work, while every detail is shaped by Savoir’s tradition of handcraft.

The Authenticity bed is handmade to order by Savoir artisans in London, requiring more than 200 hours of meticulous craftsmanship.

The making was as special as the finished piece. From the handcrafted oak frame to the bespoke woven leather, every element passed through the hands of specialist makers with a deep understanding of their materials.

Inspired by traditional Kente cloth, the design carries the value of human skill through every stitch, weave and finish.

It is not just a bed that has been designed, but one that has been slowly brought to life by the judgement and care of brilliant craftspeople.

In a world shaped by speed and excess, we choose to slow things down.

Our approach centres on natural, vegan and consciously sourced materials, crafted with care, built to last, and designed with longevity in mind. We move away from the culture of disposal, favouring pieces that can be repaired, restored and lived with over time. No plastics. No harmful chemicals.

And when the lifecycle comes to an end, our steel springs are recycled and the natural fillings we use – wool, horse tail, cotton, jute and wood biodegrade within a few years.

Our Mayfair showroom is the flagship expression of Savoir in London, a space where handcrafted beds, from the classic to the more contemporary, are brought together under one roof.

Here, the experience is as personal as the bed itself. Our specialists guide each client through the nuances of materials, craftsmanship and finish, shaping every detail around how they live, rest and sleep.
