Choosing new bathroom furniture? First of all, it’s very important to pay attention to moisture resistance, since any type of board material won’t last long in such an environment. 🟢

The best choice is usually moisture-resistant MDF or plywood, as they ensure durability and a good appearance. Cheaper laminated particleboard can also be suitable, but it’s crucial that its edges are properly sealed.

Also, keep in mind that even the best materials won’t be long-lasting if the bathroom has poor ventilation or low-quality surface finishing.

Electrical outlets in the bathroom must be planned very carefully, as water and electricity are a dangerous combination. 🟢

Usually, 1–2 outlets near the mirror are enough for a hair dryer, shaver, or electric toothbrush. Depending on your needs, you might need an additional outlet near the washing machine or inside a cabinet.
