Diagonal Furniture is based in South East London and specialises in vintage post-war design pieces with a strong focus on architectural European modernism.
Diagonal Furniture was set up in early 2014 by Mario Siebert. "I started collecting design furniture when I was living in Berlin. Furniture was inexpensive and widely available and it was easy to build up a collection. I started working in a vintage furniture store in Kreuzberg and learned a lot about European post war design. Large sculptural floor lamp by German manufacturer Temde Leuchten. The lamp was produced in the 1960s/70s and is made from slats of solid pine wood and features three speckled glass spheres.
