Our team regularly attend industry forums because they offer valuable insights into design developments within the industry, and an exciting glimpse into the future. This forum was The London Architects Forum: A Step Towards Sustainable Design (by The Design Forums).
 
Sustainability is a buzz word in our industry - for a reason. Construction has a history of not being green or sustainably conscious, we all need to chip away to change this and being conscious of our effect on the environment is an important part of progress.

At the Forum we looked outwards to what other companies are doing but we, at Apteriors, are also looking inwards at our products and processes to optimise our sustainability and those of our projects. We meet all targets within our projects but we are striving to go beyond meeting targets to smashing them!

POV: ☀️ Summer period is in full swing in the Apteriors office…
The heat in the London office is HOT, the air conditioning is on full blast, the arguments about it being too hot or too cold in the office are rife 😂 ❄️

Furniture installs are underway on various Living Accommodation sites across the UK, Schools have contacted us last minute for FF&E items which we have sourced, and the Purchase Orders are flying through in time for the school openings in September!

Bids have been submitted and Draft CP’s have been issued, any annual leave requests would probably get declined (just keeping it real 🤣) BUT we always have the most fun mucking in together to get these jobs over the line.

You can always guarantee that Apteriors will come armed to one of your projects as a collaborative and creative TEAM, getting your project designed and delivered on time, and within budget. 🛋️ 🪄

We are deeply saddened by the loss of Her Majesty the Queen.

A monarch who served our country like no other since the very young age of 25, already a mother of two small children herself, fulfilling all of her promises and duties up until two days before her passing.

Her majesty was a true pillar of strength and stability in such uncertain times during her 70 year reign. We join the world in mourning, as we know many of us will feel a personal loss.

Our deepest condolences go out to The Royal family.

SKILLS FOR LIFE!

We love designing specialist FF&E to learning environments!

Being able to aid pupils in their career choices by providing the equipment to enhance their skills, and improve their chances of employability after school, is one of the most rewarding parts of Apteriors' job.

Here's a Mechanics Workshop that we've designed and installed at The Harbour School in Dorset. This car lift will assist these SEND Pupils in learning some very valuable job and life skills.
