Hey guys!!!! Been a while since ive posted but what with xmas and new year theres been lots of other stuff to do!!!! Anyway, ive just picked up some lovely pieces to upcycle including a massive ottoman/toy chest which i intend to use black board paint so kids dont need to drawer all over the walls anymore and can chalk all they want!!!!! Also have a gorgeous art deco sideboard which even has a couple of drawers inside as a feature.... going to be posting pics by tomorrow afternoon keep an eye out ;) x

So just finished this beautiful chest dressing table. Was a dated mahogany when i got it and given it a nice rub down and a few licks of antique white paint in a chalk finish. Looks absolutely stunning. So pleased with the end result.

Just finished these two pine bedside/lamp tables. They are painted in a chalk finish anitque cream colour and ive replaced the original drawer k***s with some beauitiful clear decorative ones.

Really love these two little pine bedside units i have made over. .. lovely cream frames with pastel coloured drawers.... really different. X

Hello. So been busy today finally Got around to making over the beautiful armoire that I've had sitting around. It in a pale grey colour and its turned out lovely x

Good afternoon. So I ventured into unknown territory by using fabrics on my latest project. With ribbon and lace this is definitely my favourite so far. Painted in f&b and sealed with protective varnish I have also used a bo***ir theme with the decoupage detail. So there's fancy boots and masquerade masks and even necklaces on the drawers! Very Moulin rouge!!! And it's distressed so it's perfect SHABBY CHIC x

Good morning all. So I hav now completed the make over on the beautiful cabinet I showed you a couple of days ago. I have used a gorgeous sludgey blue paint in chalk finish and in th pics it does look a little darker than in the flesh. However it looks different in different light settings as with any colour. I have used a gorgeous lace to get a beautiful detail to the drawer and the door insets and even though it was very tricky and took time and patience I never realised I had I absolutely love it!!!! X

Good morning. The beauty of making furniture over is that I don't even know how it's going to look in the end haha. This cabinet is what I am working on today. First I undercoated it and then gave it a lovely coat of cream but when I finished it I thought actually creams a little boring let's add some colour. If your fortunate enough to have a large bathroom then keep an eye out for the finished piece as this would look lovely and would be great for holding towels and make up and bathroom goodies. This is how it once looked and keep posted for a finished pic later today x enjoy x
