Our open shelving Core system island from another view. Note the smart brass pulls, a reminder that Core allows a choice of recessed or surface-mounted handles with the opportunity to specify your own, changing the entire look and feel of your kitchen. The organised kitchen. End of unit storage presents the perfect opportunity (and location) to introduce something a little out of the ordinary. Pocket door pantries, a UP signature, provide the ideal full stop to this run of cabinetry over in Harringay. Open, they offer another counter surface as demonstrated by our client’s handy breakfast set-up. Closed, staples stay out of sight but within reach, a win-win.

Craft + technology summed up in a single image. Our precision-engineered control panel, exact to the millimetre, meets our trademark Baltic birch plywood in our Edge style, the quality and character of the material on full show.

A kitchen island from our modular Core system on display at the showroom. Core is available in our Overlay style, an elegant all-rounder that fits seamlessly into any space. Here, we’ve included open shelving, practical storage that introduces a little surface interest with our trademark exposed edges on show - the best of both worlds. Delve deeper into Core over at the website. Link in bio.

Cosy kitchen seating in Whitstable, we installed a bespoke wall-mounted ply bench above the column radiator to provide extra seating and importantly, help transform this previously corridor-like space into a room with a real identity, a kitchen that invites you to stop and stay for a while.

An Uncommon classic, revisiting a bespoke project that encompasses some of our most popular design elements. A pocket door pantry illuminated by integrated LEDs, breakfast bar island seating for morning pitstops, cork-veneer sliding door cabinet fronts introducing a softer surface while our ‘Edge’ style finish reveals the beauty of birch ply. Perfectly balanced for this sizeable extension, our kitchens always feel right at home.

From colour scheme to materials, designing a new kitchen requires multiple choices to be made. Perhaps the most impactful is placement. Our project with Archmongers saw the kitchen relocated from the basement to the front of the home, placing this busy hub in its most natural location, the perfect welcome on entering the house.

Light, bright and connected to the rest of this renovated Victorian terrace, our design works hard to support busy family life. Understanding how our clients would use and move around the space allowed us to create a layout that works intuitively, each element serving a specific function whilst introducing a strong contemporary aesthetic to a period property.
