Returning to our minimal office set-up for HQ in Bermondsey, a stripped back industrial space located in railway arches. We designed a set of work stations to sit within steel frames, placing storage along the wall to help keep desks clutter-free. Black and white the defining palette before our arrival, the furniture’s warm wood tones help soften the environment, crucial in a work space reliant on artificial light.

Seaside pastels for our Whitstable kitchen. A compact window becomes a feature rather than an afterthought, framed in ply to integrate it into the wider scheme. A flush, wall-length plywood shelf becomes an alternative to wall cabinets, thought to be too imposing at this side of the kitchen. This simple addition provides easy-access storage whilst allowing this wall to breathe, concealed strip lighting illuminating the kitchen in the evening - an unfussy all-rounder.

The devil is in the bespoke detail over in Walthamstow. Discreet recessed LED lighting installed in the open shelves, circular cut-out handles, our ‘Edge’ and ‘Overlay’ styles side by side and a Caesarstone quartz worktop, non-porous and cool to the touch - the ideal surface for our baker client. Looking back at our modular furniture for Soho. A set of simple oak veneered plywood/matt white laminate pieces, moveable to allow for changes in store layout. A retail space designed to adapt to new collections.

In the Kent countryside, a historic farmhouse and its decidedly modern UP kitchen, more complementary than contrasting. Beginning with oak-veneered birch ply, a warm and welcoming palette felt like the natural choice for this period home, soft pink ticking both boxes while a neutral shade of deep forest anchors the scheme across the floor-standing cabinets. Cosy and contemporary.

True blue in Crouch End, up close with a bespoke audio unit in our classic ‘Edge’ style.

A dream living room set up for our Crouch End clients, vinyl enthusiasts looking for a new home for their ever-growing collection. Bespoke storage ensures easy-access to each and every record with room for the inevitable new additions, as well as perfect-fit sections for speakers - wires neatly hidden away. Next door, a freestanding unit holds a turntable and amplifier while opposite, a contemporary sideboard and wall shelving store books, CDs and everything in between. A practical set-up that plays directly to our clients interests. Bespoke at its best.

Once of our largest projects in terms of ambition, the Matt Black Barn in Chichester reimagines rural living, a strikingly contemporary live/work space for artists Laura Ford and Andrew Sabin.
Our furniture features across the home, from hall to living room, creating defined zones that give the house form without losing that crucial sense of openness. The kitchen a case in point, ticking all the practical boxes: plenty of storage and work surface, bespoke cabinetry for large appliances...it retains a sense of airiness thanks to a unique steel frame used across the island and wall shelving, an open structure that frames rather than obstructs.
