This customer wanted to bring their bathroom up to a modern finish. The main requirement was a deep fill bath.
Full rip out and removal, reboarded and plastered, aquaboards chosen by the client and new flooring chosen by the client. To finish, new spotlights installed and walls decorated.

The tenant advised their bath seal kept coming away from the wall. On inspection, the bath was flexing due to lack of support underneath.
We supplied and fitted a new timber supporting frame and re-sealed the bath.
A new shower screen was also fitted as requested.

The clients garage door had rotten and fallen apart.
The door and frame were removed from site and disposed of.
Then a new external door with frame, new furniture and keep were supplied and fitted.

The tenant of this property reported their tap being loose.
On inspection, the tap had been leaking for some time and caused the worktop to rot.
The old worktop was removed and disposed of. We then supplied and fitted a new worktop with splashback and a new tap.

We were recently instructed to quote for potential damp problems at this property.
The property had a combination of capillary rising damp and penetrative damp.
The plaster was hacked off the whole chimney breast and 300mm above the highest damp point on the affected walls. Then a breathable damp proof membrane supplied and fitted. Re-boarded and plastered flat.

New made to measure rosewood window with georgian bars supplied and installed this week.

This customer reported spongey flooring in their hallway. We took a section of flooring up and discovered the joists were affected with dry rot.
The subfloor and joists were taken up and removed. We then sprayed the surrounding timbers with a specialist fungicide and insecticide.
A new subfloor and vinyl was fitted and sealed in to finish.

New insulation fitted, the whole ceiling re-boarded and plastered flat. We then returned to prime and paint the ceiling once the fresh plaster was dry.
