Highly recommend Prestige Pest Services. We had quite a bad rat problem at my office and storage area, and Lewis was brilliant from start to finish.
He was punctual, polite, professional, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. He got the issue sorted quickly and gave really good advice moving forward as well.
It’s hard to find reliable trades/services these days, but Lewis genuinely cares about doing a proper job. Wouldn’t hesitate to use him again or recommend him to anyone needing pest control services.

Parquet floor completely stripped back and rebuilt properly from the ground up
Failed subfloor removed, screed, VCL, thermal underlay and new parquet laid

Full parquet floor restoration completed at Manor House, Woodhall Spa
This one had fully tented and failed, so it was a full strip out and rebuild from the ground up.
We removed the existing parquet along with the old tongue and groove subfloor, taking it right back to the concrete base. The slab was then properly prepared and primed before applying a levelling screed to bring everything back to a solid, even finish.
Once cured, a VCL (vapour control layer) was installed, followed by a high-performance thermal underlay to improve both insulation and comfort underfoot.
The new parquet flooring was then laid, finished off with edge beading and chrome trim for a clean, sharp look.
A proper job done the right way — built to last.
