A massive congratulations to SGT Azim on their nomination for the Air Cadet Pilot Scheme! Read their inspiring personal statement below on what this milestone means to them 👇

Being nominated for the Air Cadet Pilot Scheme is both a privilege and a significant milestone within my cadet journey. Aviation has always been a strong interest of mine, and I approach this endeavour with both enthusiasm and a profound sense of responsibility. My journey within the RAF Air Cadets has been shaped by challenge and adversity; however, by adopting the mindset of “what can I do?” alongside a personal motto of “I can and I will”, I have continued to overcome obstacles and cultivate resilience. I hope to make the most of this opportunity by further developing myself, while also using my experiences to encourage cadets who may doubt their own potential due to the challenges they face.
