Here are a few photos from our progress walkaround at Spectrum Brands in Failsworth today.

We reviewed the fire improvement works completed to the office so far, discussed the next stages and took the opportunity to inspect the roof of this incredible Grade II listed mill for some additional works planned as part of the same phase.

The views from the top are amazing — although it was a shame the weather wasn’t quite as good as it has been recently! ☀️

Today Martha Lorains finally met .yanez and .yanez from Core Pilates in person after months of working together over Teams. They travelled up from Kensington for their first site visit to the new Manchester studio.

Of course, no trip to the area would be complete without a stop at Mackie Mayor. It would have been rude not to introduce them to some proper grub!

Our clients have been incredibly patient while waiting for the keys to their new pilates studio, and we’ve all been sat with bated breath, ready to get stuck into this one.

A huge thank you to the lovely Sarah at Daniel Harris, who dropped the keys off today.

We’ve shuffled things around so we can get started tomorrow to bring this space to life.
