We have set packages what would fit into any loft and these are as follows.: Upvc access package: comprises of 100sqft flooring situated on raised beams to add strength, aluminium push store ladder, upvc loft access, light and switch. £490 Timber access package: Same as the Upvc but instead of the hatch and aluminium ladder, you will have a larger access point into your loft with solid wooden foldaway ladders decorated with a timber architrave surround. We also provide insulation packages which as follows: 2-3 bed house £380.. 4+ house £480 Discounts are available on the insulation if booked in alongside our packages. Other items are available ie, extra flooring, upgraded lighting etc upon request.
