Works recently completed to an industrial unit.

We were given the job to create two rooms underneath the mezzanine floor, including insulation in all of the walls and ceiling and lined with 12mm WBP Plywood.

​Solid Structural Framing: Built using robust 4x2 stud work underneath mezzanine levels to maximize space efficiency without sacrificing structural strength.

​Superior Thermal & Acoustic Insulation: Infilled with high-density Rockwool insulation to ensure exceptional sound dampening and heat retention for a comfortable working environment year-round.

​Heavy-Duty Interior Lining: Finished with 12mm structural plywood for superior impact resistance, added security, and the flexibility to mount heavy shelving, tools, or equipment anywhere on the walls.

​Build Specifications
​Structural Framing:
Solid 75x47mm C24 strength-graded structural timber framework.

​Roof Construction:
150x47mm C24 joists decked with 18mm OSB boards and finished with a seamless rubber EPDM membrane.

​Wall Assembly: 9mm OSB sheathing for structural rigidity, wrapped in a breathable membrane, battened with 20mm counter battens for optimal airflow, and clad in premium 20mm Tongue, Groove & V-joint (TG&V) boards.

​Flooring: Heavy-duty 20mm solid timber floorboards.

​Doors & Windows: Secure white uPVC double-glazed French doors flanked by matching uPVC opening windows for natural light and ventilation.
