Being in the motor trade for over 20year I've seen many customers come to me with the same problem of not being able to remove their wheels or have repairs carried out to their car due to losing or breaking their locking key! On older cars this wasn't such a issue due to the design of the nuts and the alloys as you had plenty access to enable you to remove the locking nuts using different methods,

This is not something I normally do,i will not name and shame either but i feel it’s the correct thing to do as we see this on a more regular basis now a day’s.
This is the workmanship from a company/person that advertises they can guarantee damage free removals but use DIY/YouTube methods.
I will leave the image to speak for itself.🤦♂️
My advice is do some research into who you choose before calling them as this company has an expensive claim coming their way.
