Full-time, employed position
Are you practical, organised and good with people? Weāre looking for an experienced tradesperson to take responsibility for preparing and supporting our kitchen projects, helping everything run smoothly for our customers and fitting team.
This is a hands-on role organising and supporting kitchen installations. Our kitchen fitters carry out the main kitchen fittingāyouāll prepare the way, support their work and make sure the finishing details are taken care of.
What youāll do:
ā¢ Carry out site visits, record measurements and prepare clear fitting notes.
ā¢ Remove old kitchens and carry out room preparation within your skills.
ā¢ Coordinate with plumbers, electricians, plasterers and kitchen fitters.
ā¢ Protect customersā homes and keep sites clean, tidy and organised.
ā¢ Help deliver kitchens and check that materials are ready when needed.
ā¢ Complete finishing work, including skirting, architraves and snagging.
ā¢ Help with repairs, aftercare and occasional bespoke joinery.
Who weāre looking for:
You might be a joiner, kitchen fitter, experienced multi-tradesperson or working supervisor looking for a varied, permanent role.
Youāll need practical experience, energy and initiative, good organisation and a friendly, patient manner with customers. We want someone who takes pride in doing a job properly and keeps people informed.
A full driving licence is required. Youāll need to get yourself to our New Mills base; a company van is available for work duties. Weāre particularly keen to hear from people within roughly a 30-minute commute.
