Nick & Co – Decking & Garden Building Services

Nick & Co was originally established as a clearance company, specialising in property and garden clearances, along with garden maintenance.

As our work progressed, customers began asking if we could take on additional projects such as shed rebuilds, decking and general garden construction. With our background in woodworking and a typical Nick & Co “can-do” approach, we expanded our services.

Today, we specialise in transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, practical and inviting areas, with a particular focus on timber projects and decking.

We offer:
*All types of decking
*Supply & fit or fitting-only services
*Shed dismantling and assembly
*Shed repairs and rebuilds
*Garden structures and timber projects
*Garden clearance and maintenance

Whether you already have the materials and need a skilled team to install them, or you'd like us to supply everything from start to finish, Nick & Co can help turn your garden into a space you can enjoy.

Out with the old, in with the new. Its all in a days work!

Today we dismantled and removed an old shed for a client before replacing it with this beautiful dutch barn style shed.

Fairly straight forward job today and we're really pleased with the end result.

Please get in touch if you have any garden improvement requirements.

Due to increasing waste disposal fees, we have very little choice but to implement a pricing increase for 2026.

Our per van load pricing will increase by approximately £75–£100.

For full property clearances, we will now need to factor in the volume of waste by weight, and quotes will be provided accordingly.

We would like to reassure all existing and future clients that this is not a personal decision, nor is it a move to increase profits. This is purely a commercial decision to keep pace with government-imposed cost increases within the waste disposal industry.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss this further, please do not hesitate to get in touch.
Thank you for your continued understanding and support.

😡😡😡😡😡RANT ALERT😡😡😡😡😡

I recently came across a post that reminded me just how damaging unlicensed operators can be. Fly-tipping often happens because unregistered individuals offer clearance services at unrealistically low prices—your waste simply isn’t disposed of properly.

If the price seems too good to be true, it usually is.

When choosing a clearance company, it’s essential to work with a team that is fully insured, registered, and licensed.

At Nick & Co Clearance Ltd, we are fully registered and fully licensed to provide safe, efficient, and ethical clearance services. While we may not be the cheapest, we offer genuine value for money and—most importantly—peace of mind that your waste is handled responsibly.

For all your clearance needs, feel free to get in touch.

We’re currently running a Black Friday event, offering discounts on all clearance services from now until the end of the year.
