We're back at Arethusa Cottage for a couple of weeks, replacing and installing a new deck and pathway around their impressive pond area.

Last year, we completed a large landscaping project here, including a mixture of Millboard and NeoTimber decking and pathways throughout the gardens and connecting the holiday lodges.

It's always great to return to a previous project and see how the landscaping has matured, settled in, and transformed the space over time.

We're looking forward to adding the finishing touches to another beautiful area of the property over the coming weeks.

Well, the weather definitely hasn’t been on our side this week! 🌧️

We’ve started a new project in Shanklin, removing and replacing a timber deck for returning customers. During the bad weather, we took the opportunity to reorganise the yard and complete a stock check — making the most of the downtime.
Thankfully the sun finally made an appearance today, just in time for a teddy bears’ picnic with my boys 🧸☀️ Hoping for a much better week ahead!

We’ve only got limited dates remaining for this year, but we’re still busy quoting and booking projects in.

We completed this timber deck replacement earlier in the week.

The original deck had become unsafe, preventing the homeowners from fully enjoying and safely accessing their outdoor safe. We removed the existing structure, and replaced with a solid new sturdy timber deck and stairs, ready to enjoy the summer.

This week has been busy! And what is with this weather?! Stop, start, stop, start… definitely the downside of working with power tools outdoors. The sunshine has been nice when it does come out though — this garden is a bit of a sun trap ☀️

We’re making great progress on this timber deck over in St Helens. We haven’t done a timber deck for a little while now, but we’ve actually got quite a few coming up over the next few months, which is nice. Always good to mix things up a bit.

Looking forward to the weekend and hopefully a little bit of time off soon with the kids for half term. Still a few quotes to get written up from this week, so that’ll keep us busy over the weekend too!
