A community food growing and wildlife project with regular activities and workshops for everyone. All welcome.
Bulwell Forest Garden is a community project, founded and managed by a team of volunteers since 2012. We grow fruit and veg together which is then shared with our volunteers and the wider community. Anyone can come and help out, Mondays Wednesdays Fridays and Saturdays. We run a weekly Lunch Club each Friday, using harvested produce to cook a veggie meal that is then eaten together. Our awesome Wildhearts Forest school gang returned tonight! We had loads of fun playing archery and practicing circus skills in the woods, nature crafts and making waffles on the campfire which were delicious with bananas and chocolate spread!

We have 3 amazing courses coming up including:
🧑🍳 Seed to Plate - cooking on a budget (cooking with our own fresh ingredients and learning tips and tricks to save some pennies)
🧑🌾 Gardening in Autumn (there's still veg to sow and things to do in the garden!)
👷 Woodwork Skills (get more confident using different tools and make a bird box to take home)
