Ready to move a little differently?

Join Sarah for the first in our new autumn Mandala Masterclass series, beginning with the element of water. To flow, soften and release.

Creative, playful and beautifully immersive, Mandala takes you 360° around the mat, gradually building a dynamic flow to the rhythm of your breath.

We’ll focus on the hips and groin, before slowing everything down with deeper mobility, restorative Yin and relaxation.

Three luxurious hours to get lost in your practice — to move, breathe and challenge your body, then soften, release and properly let go.

No previous Mandala experience needed and options throughout. The pod won’t be heated — we’ll create plenty of warmth of our own.

Summer Bingo lands in the studios this Monday, and things are about to get fun.

Pick up your card. Come to class. Collect your stamps. Complete the challenges. Fill your rows.

Easy enough... until you realise that one square is standing between you and your next row and suddenly you're rearranging your week to fit in another class...

There are prizes to be won along the way, plus a new bonus challenge on the chalkboard each week. But mostly? It's a bit of fun, a reason to mix things up, try something different and keep moving with us through the summer.
