Exchange your excess beans for my excess carrots = more variety on our plates and less wastage! Well I'm looking out into the garden .. can it be done?

and the beds, not so long ago that were empty, now are filling with green leaf and tall stems. Broad beans mainly of various types. I got to thinking ....
