We find a plant roof generally needs more maintenance as with the servicing of the machinery by other trades over the years they will cause holes and tears in the membranes.

A simple maintenance scheme goes along way!

This was an old asphalt roof and a live medical centre so for as little disruption possible the insulation boards and field area where fully bonded leaving only trims to be mechanically fixed!!
