Since opening in December 2017, we have always tried to offer a flexible, reliable and understanding service to our valued customers. During this time, we have never operated a formal Payment & Cancellation Policy and have always tried to accommodate our customers wherever possible.

Unfortunately, due to an increase in late payments, non-payments and last-minute cancellations, we have now introduced a Payment & Cancellation Policy to help protect our small business and ensure we can continue providing the high standard of service our customers expect.

The policy will apply to all new customers immediately and to existing customers from their next scheduled clean following receipt of the policy.

All existing customers should now have received a copy of the new policy. If you have not received a copy, please contact us and we will be happy to send one to you.
